How to make perfect scrambled eggs: 1. Whisk together 2 eggs with a splash of milk. 2. Add a knob of butter to a frying pan on a low heat. The key to perfectly cooked scrambled eggs is to use a low heat. 3. Allow the outsides of the egg to set. Use a spatula to gently fold the cooked egg into the centre to allow the runny egg to cook. 4. Repeat this process once or twice more. You want to minimise the number of times you touch the egg to end up with sumptuous folds. 5. Turn off the heat just before you think the eggs are ready as they will continue to cook in the heat of the pan.
